We operate community game servers for Rust and an online store for related digital items, ranks, and memberships (the “Services”). We are not affiliated with Facepunch Studios. “Rust” is a trademark of its respective owner.
By accessing the website or our servers, you agree to these Terms and the policies we reference (e.g., Privacy Policy, server rules). If you do not agree, do not use the Services. We may update these Terms; we will post the new version with an updated effective date.
You must be 13+ (or older if your local law requires). You are responsible for your account and for keeping credentials secure. Report suspected compromise to dreamlandsteam@gmail.com.
Fair play and respectful behaviour are required. Prohibited: cheats/exploits, automation conferring unfair advantage, harassment/hate speech, doxxing, impersonation, scamming, illegal content or activity, IP infringement, spam, and attacks (e.g., DDoS). We may moderate, mute, kick, or ban at our discretion to protect players and the Services. Evading enforcement (e.g., alt accounts) may lead to permanent bans.
Prices are shown at checkout and may include or exclude VAT depending on billing country. Payments are processed by [Stripe/PayPal/other]; we do not store full card details. Currency conversion is handled by your provider. We may change prices prospectively.
Items are digital and typically delivered immediately after a successful payment. Digital items, virtual currency, and memberships: (i) have no real‑world monetary value, (ii) are non‑transferable and generally non‑refundable except where required by law, and (iii) may be modified, suspended, or removed for balancing, technical, or legal reasons. Server wipes and updates can reset progression consistent with Rust gameplay and are not faults.
Recurring memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel in your account or via dreamlandsteam@gmail.com before the next billing date to avoid renewal. Access runs until the end of the paid term.
For digital content delivered immediately, you may lose your 14‑day right to cancel once delivery begins if you expressly consent and acknowledge this at checkout (as required by UK consumer law). Where a statutory right remains, contact dreamlandsteam@gmail.com within the applicable period. Refunds are not provided where access is revoked for rule violations, cheating, or abusive conduct.
You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to host, reproduce, and display content you submit (e.g., chat, clan names, images) solely to operate, secure, moderate, and reasonably promote the Services. Ensure you have rights to any content you provide.
We use third‑party services (payment processing, hosting, analytics, anti‑cheat). Their terms apply in addition to ours. Anti‑cheat may collect device/session data to detect unfair play. If a third‑party service is unavailable, related features may be affected.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Downtime may occur due to maintenance, hosting/network issues, game updates, or events beyond our control. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited under law. To the extent permitted: (a) we exclude implied warranties/conditions; (b) we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data; and (c) our total liability to you for all claims in any 12‑month period is limited to the total amount you paid to us for the Services in that period. Consumers retain mandatory rights.
You agree to indemnify us for claims and costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services or breach of these Terms.
If you are a business user, English law applies and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may benefit from mandatory protections of your country of residence and, where required by law, bring claims in local courts.
